WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Average turnaround times are shown below. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays. We are currently working to varying production times per product due to adapted working conditions caused by COVID-19. Your order will be shipped based on the product with the longest turnaround in your order. If you require parts of your order to be shipped sooner and this is available with the current turnaround, please place this as a separate order and confirm your deadline in the Customer Comments section during the checkout process. We are not able to part ship orders.

Working day cut off is 5pm UK time. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 4:30pm (before 5pm) the first working day is Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday at 5:30pm (after 5pm) the first working day is Wednesday.
