FREE DELIVERY
We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders within the UK over £200. Your package will be sent with DPD with our free shipping service. Please note: for offshore or remote UK destinations shipping costs may vary.
COURIER DELIVERY
Need your order to arrive quicker once shipped? No problem! Our courier delivery option is available for orders shipping within the UK and orders over £200 are shipped via courier free of charge! Once you order has been completed in our standard product turnaround it is then shipped on an all day, next working day service with DPD or UPS. Although this is a next working day courier service, unforeseeable circumstances may cause delivery delays. Although it's extremely unlikely that this will happen, we cannot accept any responsibility for any failure by an external delivery company. On the date of delivery you’ll receive an estimated arrival time directly from DPD or UPS. For offshore or remote UK locations, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery may take longer. Please get in touch if you have any queries about delivery times to your area.
FAST 5 DAY DELIVERY † (currently unavailable for Screen Print & Embroidery)
Order shipping within the UK and need your order within 5 working days? No problem! Just add Fast 5 Day Delivery* when you get to the checkout. We'll make sure to ship it out with DPD and you'll get tracking information to follow your delivery once it leaves our factory.
For orders shipping outside the UK, we can dispatch your order within 5 working days! Your order will be expedited through our production process and shipped with a trackable courier service. Transit times will vary depending on you shipping address, so please contact us if you have a specific deadline and we can advise if we can meet it.

PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMES
Average production turnaround times are shown below. Shipping times are on top of this. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are shown in working days which does not include weekends or public holidays. We are currently working to varying production times per product due to adapted working conditions caused by COVID-19. Your order will be shipped based on the product with the longest turnaround in your order. If you require parts of your order to be shipped sooner and this is available with the current turnaround, please place this as a separate order and confirm your deadline in the Customer Comments section during the checkout process. We are not able to part ship orders.
Working day cut off is 5pm UK time. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 4:30pm (before 5pm) the first working day is Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday at 5:30pm (after 5pm) the first working day is Wednesday.

15-21 working days from approval of your digital proof.
EMBROIDERY:

VINYL STICKERS:
8 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).
MUGS, COASTERS, BOTTLES, BAR BLADES, FULL COLOUR FACE MASKS:
8 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).
SUNGLASSES, DRUMSTICKS, PLECTRUMS, LIGHTERS, PENS & PENCILS:
8 working days from approval of your digital proof (if a digital proof is required).
ENAMEL PINS, PVC & ENAMEL KEYRINGS, EMBROIDERED PATCHES:
4-5 weeks from the date of proof approval.
