Our minimum order quantity is 10 units per design. This applies across all products. If you need fewer, check out our sample shop for individual pieces.
Yes — every order includes a free digital visual. Our team will create a realistic on-screen mockup showing your branding on the garment before we start production. You'll have the chance to review and request changes before we proceed.
Our standard turnaround is 14–21 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders may be possible — get in touch via WhatsApp or email and we'll let you know what we can do.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) at the correct print dimensions. High-resolution PNG or TIFF files (300dpi minimum) are also accepted. If your artwork needs setting up, our design team can help — just ask when you get in touch.
We offer screen printing, embroidery, and direct to film (DTF) printing. The best method depends on your design, fabric and quantity — we're happy to advise. Get in touch and we'll recommend the most suitable option for your order.
